Shipping and Returns
We operate on a 3-5 business day dispatch and delivery; we are open from Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays and weekends. We cannot do one day or specific day deliveries. We use the reliable, personal Royal Mail
delivery service and we will send you a tracking number you can follow.
Deliveries typically take between 2-5 days however may be increased during busy periods.
Tranquil Plants will not take responsibility for lost orders once they are delivered to your safe place. It is driver procedure to take photographic evidence or a signature for any orders left as requested by the customer. We cannot guarantee the plants will be ok when left in a safe place outside if your delivery address is in a hot or cold place.

At Tranquil Plants, we cherish each and every one of our plants, and we want you to cherish them too. We take great care to deliver a plant that closely matches the one you've selected on our website in terms of size and appearance. However, as with all living things, there may be some natural variation in both size and shape.
If, for any reason, you find yourself unsatisfied with your plant, please don't hesitate to contact us within 28 days from delivery. The first thing we ask you to do is email us or call us to resolve the issue. This should be done as quickly as possible to ensure that, should you decide to return your plant, you water or otherwise tend to it to ensure the plant is still in good condition when returned to us.
- Please note, we only accept refunds and returns if your plant has obvious damage within reason. Please send image as evidence to email@example.com.
Occasionally our plants can suffer a bumpy journey on their way to you, if you receive any damaged plants or products, please notify us as soon as possible so we can resolve the matter quickly. We offer refunds/replacements within the first 28 days after delivery if the plant has serious or lasting damage. All of our plants leave our greenhouse in excellent condition, if it has lost a leaf or two in transit it should bounce back and recover very quickly once settled in its new home.
- If you are returning the plant to us, make sure the plant goes back in the same box it came in with the loose fill around it. Also make sure the moss ball is back in its plastic bag.
If you or the customer receiving one of our Tranquil Plants is not fully satisfied then we will replace the defective item within one month. Your satisfaction comes as top priority to us, and we want to make sure that your purchase is completely risk-free.
For all non-plant items, you have up to 30 days to request a refund, provided it’s unused and in a re-saleable condition. To request a return, get in touch with us here or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do we offer a re-mossing service?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a re-mossing service currently – this may change in the future, so stay tuned in our social media channels! Although, as an alternative, we sell a ‘Do it yourself’ wrapping kit consisting of our low maintenance Coco fibre. The Coco fibre wrap kit contains all the necessary items that you will need to re-wrap your plant or bonsai friend – most importantly, the Coco fibre does not require a regular misting!
