Crafting these elegant moss ball plants promotes mindfulness and relaxation, helping to reduce stress and support mental clarity. Their natural, low-maintenance design makes them perfect for brightening up workspaces while also subtly improving air quality. As a shared experience, the workshop strengthens team connections and encourages collaboration in a calm, inspiring setting. Rooted in Japanese tradition and built on sustainable practices, Kokedama also introduces your team to a more eco-conscious mindset—making it an enriching and meaningful addition to any corporate wellbeing program.

Corporate Kokedama Team Building Workshops – Mindful, Mobile & Sustainable
Tranquil Plants offers bespoke corporate team building workshops that blend mindfulness, creativity, and connection through the ancient Japanese art of Kokedama. These hands-on, mobile workshops are perfect for boosting employee wellbeing and promoting corporate social responsibility (CSR) in a fun, engaging, and eco-friendly way. Kokedama—meaning “moss ball” in Japanese—is a sustainable planting technique where a plant’s roots are encased in a ball of soil and wrapped in natural moss, creating a living sculpture that’s both beautiful and calming. Led by Tranquil Plants Founder, Stefan Thomas, your team will explore the cultural roots of this unique bonsai art form while crafting their own low-maintenance moss Kokedama to take home or display in the office.
More than just a creative wellness activity, our corporate Kokedama workshops encourage stress relief, improved mental clarity, and stronger team dynamics. These immersive experiences foster connection, inspire eco-conscious thinking, and introduce greenery into the workspace—enhancing indoor air quality and supporting a more relaxed, productive environment. Whether you're planning a wellbeing day, employee engagement event, or looking for unique sustainable team building ideas, our Kokedama workshops provide a refreshing and meaningful way for teams to grow—together.
