Introductory Beginners Bonsai Workshop

Join us for a wokshop introducing people to the wonderful world of bonsai learning the skills of this "living art."

With over 15 years of horticultural and bonsai experience your workshop leader Stefan will impart the history, care and styling rules to take with you after creating your own bonsai. 

The workshop will run for around 1 hour 15 minutes. During which you will first learn about the fundamental styling priciples of bonsai, followed by how to wire, prune and pot your own bonsai tree which is then yours to keep at the end. As well as your own bonsai you will leave with your own bonsai pot and a range of bonsai accessories will be available to purchase on the day.

A free drink and cookie of your choice will be included in your purchase. Please notify us of any special dietry requirements including vegan requirements before hand so that we can make your workshops the best it can be. We can also present plant care talks and other events, just email us for more info. Ability level; Our workshop is open to all from beginners to experienced, individuals to large groups.
